Life/form® 完整造口護理模擬器非常適合示範及練習造口護理程序。造口的解剖結構經過精心還原，以呈現逼真的功能與外觀。皮膚採用真實的肉質感材料製成，造口部分則使用柔軟且有彈性的材質，以達到最真實的觸感。可示範及練習造口擴張，並可應用術後及永久造口袋。練習配戴、清潔及更換造口袋系統。模擬器設有三個位置可放置可互換的造口（健康造口、雙管造口、脫出造口及壞死造口）。健康及壞死造口可進行灌洗，並可注入模擬糞便以模擬造口排泄。另有一個永久性凹陷造口，可用於練習皮膚以下凹陷造口的護理程序。內含模擬器、四個造口、模擬糞便、成人造口袋、潤滑劑、帶管注射器、底座、手套及感染組織卷。
