The Deluxe Casualty Simulation Kit includes a wide range of bleeding strap-on wounds, stick-on injuries, and makeup accessories designed to create realistic trauma scenarios for training. With seven bleeding strap-on wounds and fifteen types of stick-on moulage wounds, the kit can be used to create dozens of different injury combinations.
