Mixing Instructions:
Add the package contents very slowly to one quart of hot water, stirring/agitating constantly.
Stir/agitate until the powder appears to be wetted out and without lumps.
Add the remaining water at room temperature or colder to make one gallon.
Agitate thoroughly until the solution is complete.
