Instructeurs kunnen systolische en diastolische waarden vooraf instellen, zodat leerlingen kunnen luisteren naar en de vijf Korotkoff-fasen kunnen identificeren, terwijl instructeurs gemakkelijk de nauwkeurigheid kunnen bevestigen.
Digitaal opgenomen geluiden zorgen voor consistente, realistische training zonder dat een speciale stethoscoop nodig is. De simulator bevat de Bloeddrukarm met ingebouwde luidspreker, sphygmomanometer, elektronische besturingseenheid met zes AA-batterijen, handleiding en zachte draagtas.
