The Xtreme 2 Trauma Moulage Kit was created at the request of instructors and is designed to complement the Xtreme Trauma Moulage Kit (No. 620) by expanding the range of severe trauma injuries that can be simulated during training.
This kit includes a variety of realistic moulage wounds representing gunshot injuries, burns, fractures, avulsions, and impalement trauma, along with makeup and special effects materials needed to create high-intensity simulation scenarios. All components are supplied in a carry case for convenient storage and transport.
