Casualty Care Rescue Randy is a rugged, full-body training manikin designed to provide realistic instruction for the three most preventable causes of death in trauma situations: massive hemorrhage, tension pneumothorax, and airway obstruction. Built with Strategic Operations Hyper-Realistic® Technology, this trainer supports Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training for military, EMS, law enforcement, and rescue professionals.

The manikin features articulated joints and weight distribution that closely mimic human anatomy, allowing realistic patient handling, movement, and treatment during training. A manual foot-powered pumping system simulates blood flow and allows multiple wounds to bleed simultaneously, creating lifelike scenarios for hemorrhage control, wound packing, tourniquet use, and needle decompression procedures.

Designed for repeated, high-intensity training, the system includes replaceable tracheas, neck skins, and repair components to support ongoing use in demanding training environments. Inner and outer skins, simulated blood, and repair kits are included to maintain realism while keeping operating costs manageable.
